To Read, or Not to Read

Anyone here a writer? If so, I encourage you to participate in NaNoWriMo!

NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month. The goal: to finish a novel in one month. Or more precisely, to write 50,000 words (roughly 100 pages). This writing challenge takes place every year in the month of November, so now being October would be a great time to gather ideas and maybe outline your novel.

Signing up to the NaNo website, you will receive various tips on how to accomplish writing the 50,000 words. Also, you will be assigned a cabin with other participating members to encourage each other and have the opportunity to chat about each other's novels.

Becoming a member is free, but if you wish, NaNo does take donations. You also have the opportunity of purchase NaNoWriMo merchandise i.e. clothing such as hats and t-shirts.
